Founder-Led Studio

A More Intentional Approach to Websites & Digital Systems

Armani Web Design is a founder-led Seattle studio that designs customer-facing websites and, when the business needs it, the systems behind them. The work spans custom web design, search and content architecture, lead-management infrastructure, integrations, and bounded AI automation.

Why Armani Exists

Armani began with a narrower problem: many small and midsize businesses were being asked to choose between generic templates and large-agency complexity. The studio was built to offer a more direct path from business problem to working digital system.

For a service business, the website is one part of a larger operating path: discovery, evaluation, inquiry, follow-up, and delivery. Whether the immediate need is a custom website design or a strategic overhaul, the work starts by identifying what information, actions, and system connections are actually required. "The interface matters, but so do the decisions behind it: what the visitor needs to understand, what the system needs to capture, and what should happen next."
WHAT ARMANI ACTUALLY BUILDS

Websites are the front door. The system can extend further.

Not every project needs the same depth. Armani can stop at a focused marketing website or continue into the operational layer when forms, data, CRM routing, dashboards, knowledge systems, or AI-enabled workflows are part of the real business problem.

Customer-Facing Websites

Custom sites, redesigns, landing pages, responsive systems, and industry-specific information architecture.

Connected Business Systems

Lead capture, dashboards, booking flows, analytics, APIs, CRM connections, and operational handoffs when the project requires them.

AI Automation & Assistants

Grounded assistants, workflow automation, bounded agents, and human-review systems designed around explicit permissions and failure behavior.

What it is like to work with Armani

Fewer layers. More clarity. Better decisions. The working model stays intentionally direct: strategy, design direction, technical decisions, and review remain close together, which makes it easier to resolve tradeoffs without translating the project through several layers of account management.

Direct communication

Feedback stays close to the work, which usually leads to faster clarity and fewer missteps.

Higher design accountability

The person setting the standard is the same person responsible for how the site ultimately looks and performs.

Business-first thinking

Every design decision should support perception, usability, and long-term value for the business.

Operating standards across every build

01

The audience should know where they are

The page should establish the offer, audience, context, and next decision before decorative complexity is allowed to compete for attention.

02

Evidence should carry the claim

Project proof, credentials, process detail, sourceable facts, and transparent limitations are more useful than inflated marketing language.

03

Structure should reduce decision friction

Navigation, content order, forms, and internal links should make the next useful action easier to understand.

04

Responsive quality is a baseline

Desktop, tablet, and mobile are designed as real interface states with appropriate hierarchy, spacing, and interaction behavior.

05

Automation needs boundaries

Rules, AI, integrations, and human approval should each own the parts of a workflow they are actually suited to handle.

Seattle, WA

Rooted in the Pacific Northwest

Armani is based in Seattle and began by serving businesses in the Pacific Northwest, where local search, regional service areas, mobile discovery, and reputation often intersect in the same buying decision.

That local foundation now extends across Washington, Portland, Boise, and selected California markets through a remote collaboration model. Regional pages are built to explain real market context and service fit without implying offices that do not exist.

THE STANDARD

What Armani is not trying to build

Not generic templates dressed up to look custom. Not cluttered pages filled with noise. Not thin city pages created only to multiply keywords, invented results or guarantees, or AI added simply because a model can be connected. The work should look considered, communicate clearly, and be useful enough to justify every page, integration, and automated step.
