1. Acceptance and Scope
By using armaniwebdesign.com, including its Website Opportunity Scan, scan reports, Armani Bot AI website consultant, and inquiry forms, you agree to these website Terms of Service. Formal client work is governed by the separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work, or other contract accepted for that project.
2. Permitted Use
Use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Submit spam, deceptive inquiries, malicious payloads, or harmful code.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, authentication, or administrative restrictions.
- Use the scanner to probe localhost, private networks, internal services, restricted endpoints, or systems you are not authorized to test.
- Use automated activity that materially disrupts the site or imposes unreasonable load.
- Copy or redistribute Armani Web Design's proprietary site content or source code except as allowed by law or written permission.
3. Website Opportunity Scan
The Website Opportunity Scan is an informational automated baseline based on a limited crawl of publicly accessible web pages. It is intentionally narrower than a professional website audit.
The scanner may miss content rendered only after client-side JavaScript, visual hierarchy, responsive behavior, accessibility issues, Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed measurements, search rankings, backlinks, traffic, competitor context, and other factors not explicitly measured by the report. A score or finding is not a guarantee of site quality, search performance, leads, revenue, or business results.
4. Armani Bot
The Armani Bot AI website consultant is designed to interpret the evidence contained in a scan, maintain conversational context, and help a visitor understand possible next steps. It may proactively generate an opening interpretation after a scan. AI-assisted or deterministic answers are informational and may be incomplete. They do not replace a human professional review and must not be treated as a guarantee of technical, marketing, legal, accessibility, security, financial, or business outcomes.
5. Private Report Links
Scan reports are marked not to be indexed, but the report URL acts as a private sharing link rather than a user-authenticated vault. Anyone with the link may be able to view the report until it expires or is revoked. You are responsible for deciding with whom you share it.
6. Project Inquiries and Estimates
Submitting a scan, saving a report, chatting with the Armani Bot AI website consultant, or sending a project inquiry does not create a client relationship or binding contract. Any early scope, pricing, timing, or strategic discussion is preliminary until documented in an accepted written agreement.
7. No Performance Guarantee
Web design, SEO, conversion strategy, and related services can influence business performance, but outcomes depend on many factors outside Armani Web Design's control. Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, we do not guarantee search rankings, traffic levels, lead volume, conversion rates, revenue, or other commercial results.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Armani Web Design website, its original text, graphics, interface design, and proprietary code are owned by Armani Web Design or used under license. Client trademarks, screenshots, and portfolio materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The site relies on third-party infrastructure and may link to third-party websites. We do not control their availability, security, content, or independent terms. Use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, rate-limit, revoke, or discontinue website features, reports, scanner access, or other functionality at any time, including to maintain security or reliability. We may update these Terms as the site changes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its informational tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Armani Web Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the public website or automated scan tools.
12. Governing Law
These website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
